The Tau Delta Phi International Collegiate Service Fraternity and Sorority was established before the World War II in the year 1910 at New York City,USA. This was brought to the Philippines on the year 1966 and became inactive after few years. Then on October 13,1978 Tau Delta Phi was reactivated by Supreme Master Adrian Fontecha Tampus and Supreme Mistress Velma Abrahan Tarrant.
